Sonia and Carl go above and beyond to ensure every person feels welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. They’re the most incredible hosts, and after just one class, you’ll understand why no other place compares. Almost two years later, countless classes in, Little Lane has become my second home. The same warmth and love I felt walking through the doors on day one is still there every single time I step into the studio. The creatives are hand picked to perfection, and every teacher has taught me something new - about the craft AND about myself as a person. You are guaranteed an amazing creative experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else — Little Lane is more than just a place to create; it’s a place to belong.

I gave a gift voucher for the Watercolour workshop for a Grandma and Granddaughter ( my mother in law and my daughter) who both love painting and they loved it.

As usual we had an awesome time at Little Lane Studios learning how to make polymer clay necklaces. Will definitely be back

My 14 year old daughter did the Learn to Sew on a sewing machine workshop for beginners today and came out raving about it! Said it was one of the best things she has ever done!! She has chosen textiles as a school subject this coming year and has never done any sewing before, but she came out of the workshop feeling really confident and desperate to do every workshop that Little Lane has to offer!!! The team at Little Lane have created the most engaging, problem solving, skill developing, creative and connection filled holiday workshops. With opportunities to make new friends, develop skills to support their future lives, get creative, whilst having fun and being led and facilitated by all within this kind and caring team. We highly recommend this program!

A group of 14 of us did a macrame class with Sonia and Alison. We had a great time! Sonia has really thought of everything and made the whole experience fun whist also genuinely teaching us how to macrame! I will definitely be doing some of her other classes!

We love Little Lane Workshops, have been a few times now. Love that they provide everything & you just have to turn up. So relaxing, would highly recommend.

I have attended quite a number of short courses in my time and I can easily say this was by far the best . From the moment I enrolled everything just flowed - an ideal amount of communication along with follow up when an email went astray . A clean , calm studio set the ambience for the afternoon and topped off with drinks and afternoon tea . The instructors for the kintsugi class were well spoken and took their time assisting and guiding us through the project . Cannot wait to return .

The location was a beautiful open space for creative work, surrounded by art and art supplies. The instructor was informative and hands on, with as much or little support as needed. The owners were welcoming and responsive in communication leading up to course as well as on the day. Top afternoon activity to do with my teen kiddo! Highly recommend!

I enjoy coming to visit Sonia and partaking in the creative workshops! They have a little shop and craft supplies on hand for whenever you need to top up on your supplies too! Sonia and the team are always welcoming and helpful.

The perfect place for a birthday party on a rainy Saturday afternoon. My daughter and her friends had a great time in the warm and beautifully inviting space at Little Lane.

I attended the Calligraphy workshop with my daughter last weekend. 3 hours of mindful, calm and unrushed creative mother daughter time. The space at Little Lane Workshops is beautiful and inspiring and the owners are super friendly and attentive. We also had a gentle and clever teacher on the day. I fully recommend!

One of my favourite businesses ever! Sonia and Carl have done such an amazing job to make sure you feel welcomed, relaxed and have a great time. The list of workshops to choose from is extensive…it’s sometimes hard deciding what to do next! My daughter has also attended school holiday workshops and birthday parties held here and always had a great time. We hope Little Lane Workshops stays around for a very long time!

What a wonderful peaceful but fun haven. I did the mosaic workshop yesterday and loved it. I also enjoyed champagne, coffee, and banana cake- such a treat. Kelly was very attentive and lovely. Meredith the teacher was great. Definitely recommend doing a class here, looking forward to the next one..... so many to choose from.

My girls so loved their holiday workshop at Little Lane yesterday. After one day in the studio it has given them the confidence to become more autonomous when it comes to sewing and craft. We have already started new projects at home and i am so grateful to have another non-screen activity to keep them busy. Thank you to Alison and team! They just loved it 🥰

Love Little Lane Workshops! I have done quite a few and they are always a really lovely, calm and creative experience!! The staff are extremely friendly and accomodating and the instructors I’ve had have always been absolutely lovely, funny and also so knowledgeable! I highly recommend taking the time out with some friends to catch up and craft!! Yay!!

My daughters have been attending the after school kids craft workshops for 12 months and they absolutely love it. The craft and activities are amazing, all within a fun and supportive environment. We love Little Lane Workshops and highly recommend!

Sonia and Carl have invested their hearts and souls in to this amazing creative venture and it really shows. Little Lane offers a huge range of creative opportunities for kids and adults alike, and they also sell beautiful home wares and craft supplies in store and online which we have used many times! The venue itself is beautiful and so inviting, definitely conducive to a relaxing and creative time. I’ve been going for years to try my hand at various new artistic outlets and my daughter absolutely loves it too for holiday workshops and arty parties; definitely recommend!!

Everyone needs a hobby, and now I have several! Oh, the things I can do now. I always use to admire from afar and now I have the ability (including a dedicated room stocked full of wonderful crafty morsels). Little Lane Workshops offers a vast array of workshops, plus, nothing compares to the atmosphere at LLW, if I could spend every day there, I would. Highly, highly, recommend a day (or several) at Little Lane Workshops.

The most beautiful space, where I've created the most meaningful art, craft, and attended meditation workshops. This place is like a giant womb that wraps you up and gives you a giant hug every time you walk in the door.. If I could give it a million stars I would!

Little Lane is one of my happy places. It is a place where I can get away from the busyness of life and simply relax and play. There are so many different workshops (and I have done most of them 🤪) for you to choose from. Sonia, Carl and the team are absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend spending time at Little Lane, it is good for your soul.

LLW hosted an excellent party for my 7 yr old daughter and 15 friends. They managed the room brilliantly and the dreamcatchers they all made there were fantastic. A few party games thrown in between as well.

I bought some of their gear to make some plant hangers. Good quality and good selection. Will order again.
